Most of the stops during the tour were food-related (the ice cream shop, convenience store, bakery) and although I enjoyed those experiences a lot, I wish there were more tour activities that were more specific to the area. For example, the final destination on the rooftop of a building near Mishima Station with a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji was wonderful.

The tour guides were very friendly and asked questions or introduced conversations in a natural-feeling way, which added charm to the tour. The hosts were also very friendly, and it was easy to feel comfortable around them. They created a good atmosphere that made the experience more enjoyable. The meeting place (front of Mishima Station) was very easy to travel to and find. When traveling by car, it is simple to locate since it is right next to the parking lot. If traveling by train, it is also very easy to find.

Though we personally had no mobility issues during the tour, it seemed like our experience was originally supposed to include bicycles to get around the city, but we were only informed after we arrived. In the future, I would make sure to include in the tour information whether it is necessary to know how to ride a bike, scooter, etc., and perhaps offer both a walking option and a biking option. The walking option may also be more suitable for those with mobility issues, such as those in wheelchairs, and some special arrangements may need to be made.

It was really great meeting the girls! The ice cream was delicious and the games we played were really fun. Would definitely recommend for kids!

After purchasing the food, we had a difficult time finding somewhere to sit and ended up sitting on the pavement next to the 7-Eleven. I think it would be nice if the tourists were led to a convenience store near a location such as a park or a viewpoint (like the one with Mt. Fuji) where they could eat their snacks in a comfortable or interesting setting.

The automatic communication device worked very well throughout the tour except when inside the 7-Eleven, so there may be issues when using the device indoors in the future. I would also add a very brief explanation on how to use the device so that tourists feel comfortable using it during the tour.
