This is the second time we booked a guided tour with Ann. She had many good ideas as to where and what we could see and we really enjoyed the tour. Ann is such a sweet and sincere person and our kids love her way of explaining Japanese culture. She was well prepared and when we spent a little too much time at one place she quickly found a way to get back on schedule.
We had a really good half-day tour with Ann in Asakusa. Ann is really sweet and good at creating a good atmosphere and experience. Before the day she paid a lot of attention to uncovering our wishes and showed up very well prepared for the day. We were fully satisfied with the tour. Definitely recommendable.
