Mishima Kikai Caldera Geopark, certified as an official Geopark in 2015, is the southernmost Geopark in Japan, spanning across three different islands and the surrounding waters and caldera left from huge volcanic eruptions. With beautiful individual geological sites, such as rock formations and hot springs spread across this naturally occurring environment, witness the real power and endless beauty of mother nature.
