First, you pick out the items that you want to eat from the restaurant's refrigerator with their self-service method, then you cook your purchased items using the gas burners at your seats. The menu includes freshly cooked 'Komachi-Han' (Cooked rice), their famous lamb jingisukan and jersey cow yakiniku set, as well as their 'Jersey sukiyaki' which you need to order in advance. The 'Petting Corner' is popular with children and is filled with animals that the ranch hands look after, including St. Bernard and Husky dogs, goats, and rabbits.
