About 60 minutes from Tokyo by train. Why don't you taste a variety of exquisite shiitake mushroom dishes that we can offer only because we are shiitake mushroom farmers? Pick shiitake mushrooms from the logs with your own hands and cook various shiitake dishes in a BBQ style. If you wish, you can also take shiitake mushrooms home with you. (An additional fee is required). We hope that everyone from children to the elderly will enjoy eating shiitake mushrooms while hearing about the joys and hardships of shiitake mushroom cultivation.
