This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") establishes the handling policy for personal information of users (including officers and employees of corporations and other organizations who are users, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users") of the services provided by EXest Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), including "WOW U," "DOGADOZO," "Publicity Showcase," and "Pocket Owners" (hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as "Company Services"). The Japanese version of this Privacy Policy shall be the authoritative text.
1. Definitions
1.1 In this Privacy Policy, "Personal Information" means personal information as defined by Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, namely information about a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, or other descriptions contained in such information (Item 1, including information that can be easily collated with other information and thereby identify a specific individual), or information about a living individual that contains an individual identification code (Item 2, Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Act).
1.2 The definitions of terms in this Privacy Policy shall follow the "WOW U Terms of Service," "DOGADOZO Terms of Service," "Publicity Showcase Terms of Service," and "Pocket Owners Terms of Service," in addition to those defined in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collected and Purpose of Use
2.1 In the Company Services, the Company collects or may collect in the future the following information (hereinafter referred to as "User Information") from Users for the purposes specified below.

2.2 When Users permit integration with external services such as social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), Google, PayPal, Stripe, and other payment services when using Company Services, the Company collects the following information from such external services based on the consent given by Users at the time of permission:
User IDs used in such external services and other information that Users have appropriately allowed to be disclosed to integrated services according to the privacy settings of such external services.
2.3 Company Services may use Google Analytics and other analytical tools. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect data, but this data is collected anonymously and does not identify individuals. Please refer to the "Google Policies and Terms" page for information about Google Analytics data collection and processing mechanisms. This function can be opted out by disabling cookies, so please check your browser settings.
2.4 The Company collects anonymous traffic data to measure the frequency of use of Company Services for the purpose of improving Company Services. This activity does not identify individual Users.
2.5 The Company uses the acquired personal information and Company Services usage data for the following purposes in addition to those listed in Section 2.1:
2.5.1 To prevent unauthorized use
2.5.2 To enable Users to smoothly use Company Services
2.5.3 To create statistical data regarding the use of Company Services
2.5.4 To conduct surveys regarding Company Services currently provided or being considered for future provision
2.5.5 To respond to inquiries from Users
2.5.6 To notify information about Company Services or advertising information from third-party advertisers
2.5.7 To plan and provide new Company Services in the future
2.5.8 To verify identity when Users make inquiries
2.5.9 For billing processes when applying for activities or using paid services in "WOW U"
2.5.10 To make necessary communications such as other important notices regarding Company Services
2.5.11 Other purposes incidental to the above
3. Provision to Third Parties
The Company will not provide Users' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

3.3 When Users violate the terms of service of Company Services and there are sufficient grounds to determine that personal information must be disclosed to protect the Company's rights, property, or services
3.4 When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the User's prior consent
3.5 When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the User's prior consent
3.6 When it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies, local governments, or persons entrusted by them in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the User's prior consent may impede the execution of such affairs
3.7 When personal information is provided as part of business succession due to merger, company split, business transfer, or other reasons
4. Entrustment
The Company may entrust all or part of the personal information acquired from Users to subcontractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use. In such cases, the Company will thoroughly examine the eligibility of the subcontractor, stipulate matters concerning confidentiality obligations in contracts, and establish a system for proper information management.
5. Joint Use
5.1 When providing Company Services requires joint operations with third parties, the Company may jointly use Users' personal information with such third parties. In this case, the Company will publicly announce to Users the purpose of use, the name of the third party, and the types of information before joint use.
5.2 In "Pocket Owners," personal information will be jointly used within the following scope to achieve the purposes of use described in Section 2.1, Item 1:

6. User Rights
6.1 Users can check and correct information such as registered email addresses and passwords on the Company Services site at any time. Users can also delete their accounts after following the Company's prescribed procedures. Please note that account deletion does not entitle Users to refunds from the Company.
6.2 When Users request disclosure of personal information and third-party provision records that cannot be confirmed on the service site, they may request disclosure according to procedures separately determined by the Company, except in the following cases:
6.2.1 When disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the User or third parties
6.2.2 When disclosure is likely to significantly impede the proper implementation of the Company's business
6.2.3 When disclosure would violate laws and regulations
6.2.4 When it cannot be confirmed that the disclosure request is from the User
6.3 If, as a result of disclosure, Users determine that the personal information held by the Company is not factual, they may request correction, addition, or deletion of personal information according to procedures separately determined by the Company. In such cases, the Company will promptly investigate within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use and, based on the results, correct, add, or delete the personal information. When requesting disclosure of personal information and third-party provision records that cannot be confirmed on the service site, the Company may charge a disclosure fee according to procedures separately determined by the Company.
6.4 Provision of personal information from Users to the Company is voluntary, but Users may not be able to use some Company Services if necessary information is not provided.
7. Security Management Measures
The Company will take necessary and appropriate measures based on guidelines for personal information protection to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information and for other security management.
8. Revisions
This Privacy Policy may be revised. The Company will notify Users of significant changes according to procedures determined by the Company.
