Overview

Welcome to Matsuyama! I am a university student at Ehime University. I will entertain you with Japanese home cooking with my college friends from my university. We like to talk with people from different countries. Do you know Shabu-Shabu? Shabu-shabu is one of the Japanese hot pot dishes. It is cooked by dipping thinly sliced bite-sized pieces of food into boiling water or broth simmering in a pot on a tabletop, and then dipped into a small bowl of sauce. The sauce is usually ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and sesame sauce. We hope you will experience shabu-shabu, a Japanese nabe dish. After eating shabu-shabu, chat with us over Japanese snacks. Let's choose those ingredients and some snacks together at a nearby supermarket! Enjoy the local supermarkets in Japan! Also, we may be able to introduce you to some local tourist attractions that we know because we are local university students! I can introduce you to universities that ordinary tourists can't see too! Recommended for the following people! ・Those who would like to try Japanese home cooking. ・Those who would like to interact with local university students. Please join us and talk with us over shabu-shabu. And let's become friends!
