like tulips in spring, rose in summer, dahlia in fall. In 2018, Tulip Festival is from April 14 th to

Hiroshima Airport, take Fukuyama Limousine Bus to Takasaka BS stop for 17
minutes. Then transfer to another bus, Peaceliner and get off at Kozan Bus Office for 30 minutes. From Kozan Bus Office, take a taxi to Sera Kogen Farm. There is no
either bus stops or train stations near Sera Kogen Farm.
